England. I start training on July 7th, and will probably leave couple days before that. Sense I will be gone, I'll probably update my acct status to Vacation arnd the 4th or 5th. Any trades to be done must be done ASAP, before I leave. It'll probably take about 6-8 wks before I'm back onsite for trading. The only chance to exception, if wife decides to take over control of acct. Likely not. ___________________________________________________ I love the new Say Swap updates. They finally added PS1 games to the system, possibly other vintage systems. Those who have not noticed, look under the tab for the company who makes the system. All my PS1 games have been added. I currently own a PS1, Xbox, and Xbox 360. My PS1 system is never played anymore, but consists of the console and two controllers. If anyone is interested in the console, do advise me. My original Xbox is still played occasionally, usually by wife as she going to bed. The X360, in the living room on the HD TV, is where I spend most of my free time. I sometimes still get on Xbox, usually when she wants living room TV for it’s original purpose, watching. Most Xbox games are available though. Only one or two X360 are available, but others will be when the interest is outplayed. ___________________________________________________ Some games of the Xbox are playable on the X360 (hacked HD, upgrading the X360), and are still irreplaceable, because they haven’t been created or found. Conker; Live and Reloaded, NFS Most Wanted, NFS Carbon, Forza MS1, and Halo 3 are NOT-Negotiateable, please do not ask for them. Currently! The only exception to probably any, if you have Dance Dance Rev w/ Dance Pad controller, than I will consider the deal, please advise me. Other locked games will be considered for the right trade. If anyone has a good RTS (Real Time Strategy) game, comparable to AvP, CnC3, or Empire Earth, Starcraft, Warcraft (last 3 are CPU games), I am looking for games similar to those if you are willing to give up, or know any good names (on X360) of the genre, to recommend, those are my favorites. ___________________________________________________ = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = BE ADVISED BEFORE TRADING WITH ME!! Concerning game for game trades... If your score is less than mine (now a fare score), I WILL not send mine before I receive yours. Sorry, but there are too many scammers on here, and I’ve earned the reputation to be trusted, by trusting others with higher scores, its part of the process. SPEAKING OF SCAMMERS, I have been burned or close to by a few others, and I’m aware of what to watch for. If you have a profile that simply stands out as a weak profile, likely to be a scammer, and requesting a game from me, I will pay $.75 more for delivery confirmation to prove whether or not you received game. I will not accept or request a game from anyone who can’t appear to be trusted. I often refer to friend’s profiles, Liquidd, gkramer323, and others, to update a current scammers list below. If your name is listed, don’t bother with me. As I mentioned before, please do not simply ask a direct trade without posting me a message, I will likely not accept trade. Also make note, I do not own a computer or internet at home (where my consoles and games are). I access this site through mother’s CPU at her home. This sometimes creates delays when I send or receive games, especially over holidays or weekends. Bare with me, for I am an honest trader, but with limited computer access, till I afford my own. ___________________________________________________ MY CURRENT TRADING STATUS; TT- 2, PP- 120 ___________________________________________________ TRADERS BEWARE!! TRADERS BEWARE!! ___________________________________________________ Being a social network with fees, SaySwap DOES promote and support game for game trading (direct trade of two games to one another), but it is AT YOUR OWN RISK and only as long as points are used to initiate and/or complete the trade. However, some users are simply greedy, and don’t wish to pay for their half of the deal. Read Carefully to avoid these users. Two users trade two games under normal circumstances, each using 40 points and a token to process the trade. Example: User 1 agrees to trade Call Of Duty 4 with User 2 for Halo 3. Both users spend 40 pts, and receive 40 points for the games, and spend one token to receive. This is the safest way to assure that all site guarantees are locked in. The unsafe way (and one which could possibly get you banned) is to do the trade without using tokens and points (commonly known as an "off-site" trade). So simply put, trading game for game using points and token = generally safe trade, trading game for game without using points and tokens = victim of another scammer or suspect being banned. ___________________________________________________ Pretty simple, huh? Well, some don’t think so. Be aware of following Conditions of what I call a weak profile, likely to be a scammer (not saying definitely, but chances are higher). Conditions are as follows; little or no description on profile (usually one or two sentences), undeveloped friends list, low or NEGATIVE swap score, recent NEGATIVE feedback, “Unknown” as last login date, no Hints/Reviews posted (shows willingness to truly participate with system), undeveloped Have/Want/Favorites list, and lastly, unwilling to leave postings on message board. If ANY or ALL of these conditions exist on someone’s profile, the chances become higher they are not willing to trade honestly. IF any exist of your own profile, PLEASE, for us ALL, take the time to improve your profile, and allow it to naturally develop. I inquired about this with Alex, and asked him if he had changed his address to be correct. He took 2-3 days to reply, and finally admitted to having an incorrect address. He advised it had been updated, but asked me... (inexact quote) "if I receive it back, instead of resending it, to send another game". My suspicion immediately went sky high, and told him he was getting what I agreed to send. After seeking advice from the admin, Hotchick, I corrected address and resent the game, with Delivery Confirmation. Advised by USPS website, he received the package yesterday, but still not given me proper feedback for trade, or even advised he received, and is ignoring me completely. Avoid (Caution Advised) sending games to this user at all costs! (Updated 5/30/08) The user left me message about computer problems, and finally left positive feedback. ___________________________________________________ ALERT! CAUTION! DO NOT TRADE! DO NOT SEND! ___________________________________________________ Harry25harry-- Posted 05/29/08- I sent a game to this user 3 weeks ago. I know I sent it, though I have no way to prove it, cause I trusted him enough not to mark package with Delivery Confirmation. After a week, he left me double negative feedback, and I asked him why, he says he never received it. Again, I know he is lying, but I can't prove it. I will point out though, he has a single digit rating, but six trades. CONFIRMED on 6/3/08, HE has victimised another user under the same circumstances!
