Sorry there is no other way other then that post office. If you do happen to go to the post office to get one. Ask for more then one so you can keep them at your house for later on. You can ask for a bunch if needed.

i send to canada all the time and do not use the form gpo to the usps website and look up sending to canada it says that you do not nee it unless over 16oz

you do not need the customs forms it is under 16oz
that is what it says on the usps website
