How to get a Tranquilizer Sniper Rifle

In the mission "A New Life" you can acquire your self a sniper rifle that shoots tranquilizers instead of bullets, allowing you to knockout targets from a distance, letting you keep your Silent Assassin rating. When you start the mission walk forward and follow the curve in the road, and you'll be bought to the street where the targets house is located. If you stayed on the side street where you started the targets house should be on your left and another house on your right, with a woman clipping her hedge bush. The house to your immediate right, with the open garage, Is really a veternarians office. the door in the back of the garage contains the operating room, where tranquilizer darts are located and can be picked up. Sneak inside the garage and pick up the darts. Now you just need something to shoot them with. Leave the office, sneak back out of the garage and walk across the street, turn right and continue down the road, following the curve to the left this time, and you'll come up to another woman gardening next to a high white picket fence. if you notice above the fence, is a treehouse that overlooks the targets backyard. Inside the kids tree house is a nifty little air rifle that can shoot more than BB's, including those darts you picked up. Try sneaking into the treehouse past the gardener (The reason im asking you to sneak around so much is that tresspassing automatically blows your cover, so do be careful) pick up the air rifle, and Mr. 47 should load up the rifle with a dart. You should have enough darts to take out the backyard people. If you want to keep if for future missions (along with any other weapon you pick up during a mission.) place it in one of those weapon cases dropped by the Agency, located on your map with an "ICA" icon. And for every other mission you'll have some more knockout power.
