In my opinion, you must play this game. It's a bit like the GTA games, except you are a cop, and your goal is to neutralize suspects in the arms, legs, and so on instead of killing them. You start with a police car when you go for drives, and you'll want to keep it since it has a siren, which affects people you chase. You get better police cars as the game goes on. You also get to fight without guns, and learn moves.
