Little jacob- Little jacob a cool jamaican guy got lots of goods 2 offer you once you earn his trust and freindship

and ask him 2 bring a car full of guns and armor so you can strap up for cheap!!! guns in little jacob trunk are very cheap!

Packie- once you earn his trust this crazy irish guy

Easy way to get achievments

Get all the weapons, health, and armor you need to complete the mission. Go to one of your safehouses and save the game. Then do the following missions easily while you still the achievment. If your car is dead but not on fire, (while in the car), call 911 to restart you car and to keep going.

Easy quick car repair FREE.
Park your damaged ride in a safehouse save zone [the yellow box that sais resident parking..] drive or run a few blocks, return & presto all fixed up. This has never failed to work for me, though sometimes I have to go farther afield before the changes occur.

Stuck out at sea? Long way to swim? Let a passing boater bump into you, IE swim under his hull, they will then curse your foolishness and stop. Sometimes when I get the hull hit dead on, specially with the larger slower boats, my character will glitch right through the hull and be on board the boat, otherwise just board and kill the people, if they don't bail out altogether. This has NEVER killed me, and the damage has always been minimal but you'll have to judge and weigh the options at hand for yourself.

Driving

The easiest way to unlock the secret of driving is the brake. Always slow down on corners and once you get good at this you can use the e-brake to become a master.

How to: Hail a taxi, get inside, and go to your destination. Right before you get to your destination, bust out the back window and point your gun out of the window (using the specified controls).
