Go unlock everything go to cheat code entry at the main menu and type in MASTERCODE OR UNLOCKALLTHINGS.
And then turn your console off and back on and type it again and you well have like 9 cars in your garage every time you put this code in sell them and repeat process. Following this thats why i have a drag racing Supra with 1070hp that well do a 1/4 mile in 5 seconds and a 1/2 mile in 8 some times 7. It also melts peoples face online.

Enter the "UNLOCKALLTHINGS" code. Exit to the main menu, reload Career mode, and you should now have the Nissan 240 SX, modern Pontiac GTO, Chevy Cobalt SS, and black Dodge Viper SRT 10 in your garage. Sell those four cars to get approximately $90,000. Then, save your career, and reset the game. Load your saved career. Enter the "UNLOCKALLTHINGS" code again. Exit to the main menu, reload Career mode, then go to your garage. The Nissan 240 SX, modern Pontiac GTO, Chevy Cobalt SS, and black Dodge Viper SRT 10 should be in your garage again. Repeat this process as much as desired.

The best way to beat him is Going out and Buying the same car has him and upgrading everything on it to the highest level and then turning the engine torque all the way up to advanced and he well never catch you.
