Unseen by guards in training

Go to the sneaking area of the training place ( you can select the "train" mode from the main menu). When you are about to pass the first guard, hide in the shadows behind the door you just came in from. Take out your silenced pistol and shoot the guard until he dies. No one will hear the shots and the guard won't see you unless you shoot rapidly.
