Love those open-ended "sandbox" games but tired of slapping ho's and flashing bling? welcome to the jungle. just cause hands your suave mercenary, rico rodriguez, a gigantic virtual world to call his own. You can tacle the 21 story based assignments or take on any of the nearly 300 side missions while driving, boating, flying, and skydiving around this 400 square-mile tropical paradise. The massive and scenic game world does feel a little sparse at times (unlike the far superior one in the xbox 360 version), and the side missions grow repetitive, but this sandbox has some damn cool toys and not gangbanger in sight.
