another gta ripoff, but this one is worth playing

if you had to chose a gta style game than you should defenatly check this one out. the game is set back in th 1940's like in the movie. when you first stat you make your character and join the family. now when we start we don't play as your created chacter but your father. you get a feel for the controls and the fighting system which is pretty solid. then your father is killed and a deal is made with don corleon. thats when the real game starts. the graphics are nothing special but the details are well done. the controls are great too. personally when i started i just did the first few missions and then started extorting buisinesses. this is where the game shines. sticking true to the movies you have the ability to extort from small shops and buisinesses that are not part of the corleon family by "persuading" the owner to pay you protection money every week. Later on in the game you can take over rival warehouses which is essential if you wantg to take control of nyc. in the end this is a fun and addicting game you should check out if your a fan of the godfather or the gta series.4/5
