as everybody probably already knows and for those of you that dont, if you go to the mayors house; look around for a coatrack. go up to it and press A. It will say "you found a rusty key". take the key to the mayor and he will unlock the haunted house for you.

if u do get in the haunted house there will be a chain quests so get the key
