Leveling Up

To level up characters quickly, have a semi-strong character go into battle and weaken an opponent. Have your weak character finish them off. Remember to give weak characters good skills if you're sending them into battle. Also remember to heal, ALOT.

You don't have to bring all of them.

When you can bring say 12 characters on a mission but you only will be using like 8-9 of them then only bring that many. If you bring other characters that are weak your just asking for them to get killed. So just bring what your going to use.
