Game Description

Like the other games in the Avernum trilogy, this final installment is a shareware fantasy RPG done in the classic style of older Ultima and Wizardry titles. After the inmates of the subterranean Avernum prison stage a revolt, they return to freedom on the surface of their world, only to find it ravaged by mysterious forces. The massive, open-ended storyline allows the player to uncover the source of the destruction and save the ruined world from many different avenues. This isometic-perspective fantasy quest is a complete rewrite of Exile 3: Ruined World by Jeff Vogel.
