Simply one of the best

I've played every game in this series (including Arena) and this, in my opinion, is the ultimate. Few RPGs offer as much in the fields of:
- Character customization: you can choose from among many classes or make up your own, using tons of skills to advance;
- Character appearance: each different think you equip, even to the boots, show up on your character;
- Enemies: the AI is pretty darn good, and the enemies are various in their attacks, strategies, and purpose. An incredible bestiary.
And that's just to name a few of its most outstanding qualities. It would take an essay to fully praise the game and finally get to its possible faults (which I will pretty much ignore because I disagree with them; some common complaints are bugginess, which I didn't experience, and tedious combat, with which I disagree immensely).
The graphics are awesome, the game world immense, and the plot epic. But you can read about those in most reviews, so I will instead close by mentioning my most favorite aspect of the game... MODS. After beating the game, I wondered what could possibly fill my time like Morrowind. The answer could only be more Morrowind. The expansion sets, included in this "Game of the Year" addition, are strong, and worth a play-through, but even better are the mods that devoted players have created. Some do simple yet entertaining things like adding children to the previously childless towns, adding new weapons (such as Cloud's or Inuyasha's swords) or adding whales to the underwater areas, but others change the game entirely. The largest I have seen added an entire new expansion set, with its own NPCs, quests, and a brand new island. There is, literally, no limit to the game with mods.
Game in general

Much like Oblivion, this game is truly indepth with character development. The graphics of the enviroments and creatures were amazing when the game came out. Every aspect of your character development is amazing. Plust the multitude of side quests gives the game a really long play time.
