Press and hold x
press left two times, but hold the second time
Max ki guauges is 7 so try to fill 1 up each time

Beat Legend of Hercule in advanced mode. Then press L1, R2, L2, R1, circle, circle, circle, x. If it doesn't work the first time, do it again but press x before the circles.
