Tepid

Seems a bit light on the content. Many of the side games from SA were missing (eating, working out etc etc). Just a bit limp, but that's sequels for you.

Note to Rockstar: stick a fork in it.

Just to glitchy

In this game I have played it 3 time, and every time I get near the last two or three mission the game glitchs and messes my saved game up, and you have to start all over. I never have beat it, and I dont intend to. Other then that its ok. doesnt have the greatest story line though.

This is my favorite GTA game. The inclusion of motorcycles and the ability to build my own empire had me hooked for hours

this was the most greatest gta game i have ever played it has it all the fast cars the motercycles and the ability to be able to buld your respect points and your own city and the incredibley insane missions

Not as great as Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, but much better than earlier products!!! If you don't own any Grand Theft Auto titles for the Playstation Two, I would recommend this one, but if you want the best one released to date for the Playstation Two, definately go with Grand Theft Auto San Andreas!

THIS GAME IS OK. IT DOESNT HAVE REALLY WHAT ALL THE PEOPLE WERE EXPECTING BUT ITS OK FOR A GTA! I HAVE PLAYED AND BEAT ALL GTA GAMES OUT THERE, THIS IS MY THIRD FAVORITE. MY SECOND FAVORITE IS GTA:3 AND THEN MY FAVORITE IS GTA: SAN ANDREAS. BUT THIS ONE IS PRETTY GOOD. THE GRAPHICS ARE KIND OF LIKE BOXES BUT IT GOOD. YOU CAN TELL THEY DIDNT TAKE THERE TIME ON THE GRAPHICS. GOOD STORY LINE. YOUR TRYING TO GET A BUNCH OF DRUG MONEY BACK AFTER A DEAL GONE BAD.

This granadtheft auto is basically the same as the last,with different backgrounds charters and such, it play the same nothing is really too new besides you own your own home, nothing really special about this one out of the Grand Theft Auto set.

when I played this game I was astonished on how they use voice acting in all there characters unlike GTA3 where you are silent all the time. The new combat lock on system with complete vehicle destruction and the tire system completely raised the bar for the GTA series. Not including the upgrade in graphics and 80' Soundtrack also Motorcycles,Helicopters were added to the arsenal.

You are Tommy Versetti, an ex-GI turned thug to make big money in Vice City. You must fight bikers, Cubans, Haitians, cops, drug dealers, and even your best friend to seize control of Vice City. A vast array of weaons to use...including a chainsaw. Watch for the hot babes walking down the street. Stop next to one and watch them climb into your car! Brrm! Brrm!

i got this game from my friend 2 years ago and im still hooked on it so heres my review

pros
1.this game is acurate when it comes to music cars and outfis
2.cheats for those times when you just want to have fun
3.many weapons to have fun with
4.many side misions
5.there are some crazy gliches for this game (ill post them later)
6.many unlockables
7.the story line has many swists you won't know what to expect next
8.great graphics
9.you will see things that you have seen from other places like the scarface masion, the bath room where they used the chainsaw (from scarface), a few pictures from gta III
cons
1.i thought the storyline was a little short
2.you can't swim (like in san andreas)
3.sometimes you can't do certain things or the game will freeze
4.you can't costomize your cars (like in san andreas)

so at the end this is a good game to play and have fun with

to those who got this in the trilogy set. it is glitched, once you the cubans storyline, it glitches and then you dont get any more missions. not the greatest GTA game. San andreas is 10x better
