Awesome nailgun cheat

Press R2, L2, Up, Down, X, L1, L1 to enable nailgun mode. After enabling the cheat, the last shot fired at an NPC, the one that kills him, will send him flying into the nearest wall. This works with all weapons.

Get Healed, Full Heal before you die!

R2, L2, Up, Down, X, Up, Down - works great when close to death. If you can, it is a good idea to save the game right after doing this, that way if you are in a fire fight, you can just reload if you die and you will have a full life. Also, if you get into the weapons menu while you are getting bombarded, you can't get hit until you get out of the weapons menu.
