Based off a popular comic and cartoon, this game places players in the role of a 10 year old witch named Negi. Over a two week period, you work to improve your school record, leading up to an end of term test. You must also take time to deepen your relationships with your teachers, conversing with other students via interactive conversation scenes and occasionally casting spells or engaging in minigame sequences.

This second Magister Negi Magi game places players, once again, in the role of Negi Sensei. Your goal this time is to help your students prepare for the big yearly sports meet. In addition to helping the students solve various problems, such as assembling the bleachers in time for the start of the meet, you'll also work with them to practice a number of sporting events.
