There is a hidden combo in the game which is never mentioned in the tutorials. To use it, hit O, X, X, X, X for a five hit attack in which all four button presses link to a fast and highly-damaging combo. There are several other unnamed combos which can be discovered in addition to this one.

Jubilee and Nightcrawler Finish Second Level
Gambit Finish Third Level
Colossus Beat Nuclear Facility level
Emma Frost Beat Nuclar Facility level (meet in X-mansion)
Magma (on field missions) Beat Blob in Magma/Cyclops mission
Psylocke Beast NYC Riot, Morlock Rescue, and Muir Isle fight levels
