Game Description
A side-story to Majesco's sci-fi epic, which boasted a story created in part with author Orson Scott Card, this PSP game was due to makes use of the versatile gameplay from the console game -- which includes action, stealth, and even vehicle driving -- in a parallel story that follows a female co-star character from the planned three-part console series. Chronicling the story of Marin Steel, a mercenary pilot whose found herself knee-deep in problems beyond herself, the game would have hurled players into the firefight of a sudden planetary invasion determined to wipe out humanity on every planet it's colonized.
Advent Shadow was a big title to look forward to in the early days of the PSP, but the console version of the game was not the sales success that it was expected to be, and financial difficulties at the publisher forced this game to be cancelled.
