If you want to find the hidden packages then listen up.
i have a little secret. When your in a car and riding down the road go off a jump and u will get stuckkk in a bridge and get out of you car and there will be a hidden package hidden there.

If you want to be killed very quickly u can go to a railroad or a subway or even a Crosstrails.

When wanting to get free health u can go and look for the little hearts andu will get free health. If u r trapped and u have a cop on your tail then u can find one of the STARS usually hidden in the woods.

Make sure you explore each level thoroughly because you can get a free gun thats just laying around. Then, turn to a maniac and kill many people. Sooner or later, the police will come. You should have 4-5 badges now. Then kill all those damn policemen and steal many pistols, a stick stuff that you use to knock people out cold, and if you're lucky, a brand new rifle!

Ok, this may not be the ultimate hint but it is a great one. Instead of paying 100 bucks at the Pay N Spray, simply go to your safe house and park the car in the garage. The damage should be repaired. Probably the engine too! The only thing is that you cannot get a new paint job when parked in the garage.
