All-in-all, Rock Band achieves in every major facet of the game and the few minor problems don't detract enough from the fun-factor of the game to drive one away. The bundle is pricy at first sight ($169), but the game can be purchased as a standalone game and drums, guitars, and mics can be used from other sources (as long as they're accepted. Guitar Hero 3 guitars work on the Xbox 360 version, but not the PS3 version as Activision opposed). There have been equipment problems but the replacement process is 100% free, so that shouldn't be to big of a worry (although still disappointing). If you're looking for a great party game that has a never-ending supply of fun; then Rock Band fits the bill. Even if you're looking to play solo most of the time, Rock Band allows you to tackle a Drum career, a Guitar career, and a Singing career; or you could simply play Quick Play with any of the three above instruments or you could play Bass as well. Rock Band is one of the few games out now that is worth every penny invested into it. Rock Band easily gets a 5/5.

Easier Drums

When you're playing the drums on more moderate difficulties you will notice that a succession of rapid fire notes will occur, if you can use both hands to do these notes. It takes practice and time but it will help later if you can develop good cordination and such later during the Expert levels of play.
