They will get you the information you need and you should contact the member also and let them know of what is happening.

I can not provide you personal information of another member on the message board. Customer Service handles these services.

Hi,

That seems very strange that the game won't play on another computer. I can see it doing that if it was a game specific for online playing. Is that the case, that it is for online playing only? I would suggest sending the game back to the member and we will refund you upon arrival.
