Donate 1,000 Rupees and complete the Hot Springwater side quest, then donate another 2,000 Rupees to Malo Mart. A new Malo Mart will now open in Castle Town with Magic Armor available for purchase. Try to save up lots and lots of money for this use the other hints you will be happy when you get this awesome armor.
